All design services are developed by experienced architects and engineers. Equinet uses Building Information Modeling (BIM) for coordinating all the disciplines to prevent construction rework and ambiguity during construction.

Large international and local costruction companies engage Equinet to develop BIM for their projects. The BIM process includes clash analysis and detection that prevents construction errors, conflicts and rework.
Project and Construction Management
Equinet provides project and construction management. We employ experienced teams to manage and oversee construction projects. This ensures that every project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
Quantity Surveying and Estimating
Equinet is currently servicing the Quantity Surveying requirements of several large Philippine developers. We provide project cost plans, bid evaluations, progress billing evaluation and change order quantification.

STTelemedia Global Data Centres – CAV2 Data Center, Cavite City
Equinet is providing BIM services including clash detection and coordination of Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection systems.
Basa Air Base Runway Repair – Floridablanca, Pampanga
Provided complete airfield pavement engineering design and administrative support. Funded by the US government under the Naval Facilities Command (NAVFAC).
TV5 Media Center – Mandaluyong City
Equinet developed the multidisciplinary design for the entire Phase 1 and architectural for Phase 2. Also provided BIM services including production of the 3D model and coordination drawings.
